Pros

Store manager was great. Benefits if you averaged 32 hours or more a week. Vacation after 1 year. They averaged out you weekly hours. Able to work some OT. Kept cutting hours for regular employees and stacked the wok on store managers.

Cons

Long hours and low pay. District manager and corporate people expected way to much from there staff and were NOT nice about it. They wanted results and didn't care how they got them. No sick days and only 1 personal day.Overnights had to be worked, so to have a normal schedule was impossible.

Pros

-Flexible schedule. -Constant hours. -Stable company. -Get to work with a variety of different people. -Get to interact with all different types of people. -Job security. -Decent amount of vacation and personal time.

Cons

-Pay is below par compared to other companies. -Benefits are lacking for the cost...for a company that considers themselves a "healthcare provider" you except good benefits. -Annual raises are very low. -Payroll hours given to a store can very low...requiring the manager to be literally the only person working in the store for up to 5 hours per day. -Workload can be very heavy at times, but that is the nature of retail management.
