Shoplifting is outrageous, return policy is outrageous (encourages shoplifting), they have bitten off more than they can chew with remodels and updating the system NONSTOP to "adapt" to the market making most of their systems NOT WORK, anytime they seem to "improve" the way we do our work it is literally 1 step forward, 2 steps back, usually fix 1 thing break 2 other things, I don't appreciate the fact that all our security cameras in any store are pointed at US, not the customers, implies we are all criminal scum and need to be watched constantly. Meanwhile groups of shoplifters are having their way with our stores.

One con that I can think of is having to be opened on Christmas Day. That was the only day that retail in the past employees were guaranteed to have off and enjoy it with their family and friends.
