Pros

Had a job. Some co-workers were friendly

Cons

I literally do not understand the direction of Rite-Aid. It seems every couple of months they are coming up with some new campaign. In the past 6 months, I have seen many pharmacists quit and a PDM leave. The over-hyped Wellness Ambassadors have been reduced to mere salespeople. The pay for the Pharmacy Technicians, who truly do most of the work, is poor. 8 dollars an hour when hospitals are paying 16-20 an hour is ridiculous. Its the reason why techs do not stay. They also have a habit of making false promises. People have been told they will get a promotion, but they needed to prove themselves. Never happened.

Pros

You get 20% discount and holiday pay. You can boost your social skills.

Cons

Leadership roles don't communicate very well. Human Resources ignores reported situations. You work the holidays and constantly get called in last minute.
