Pros

Great flexibility with all corporate functions being remote Some really smart and engaged co-workers

Cons

If in a tech role, the growth options are limited. Company eliminated many roles when they should be pushing further into building out a more robust online presence

Pros

Fellow Employees are like family

Cons

A company I wished I never worked with. Will never recommend it for someone. Worked at this Company for more than 15yrs, and the severance package that I signed for was not paid. Poor Management led to closure of many stores and bankruptcy. The Management knew that Rite Aid is closing down and they took all their PTO, and when I decided to use my PTO, I was told I cannot use it because the stores are closing down, what a shame. Not a place to work, and that's the reason they are out business.
