Coworkers are great and make you want to stay.

Cons

They are going through bankruptcy. Be warned your store might close leaving you jobless.

Pros

Your co-workers are the most genuine people and make the job easier to go to. Literally the only good thing about the job.

Cons

Management is horrible. They are the reason the company is losing so much money. Hours are getting cut but yet they want to spent thousands of dollars on things that don't matter to any of the employees

Pros

Used to be an amazing company. Family feel. Growth opportunities. Flexibility and work life balance.

Cons

No stability. Top down leadership. Break what’s working and ignore what isn’t. No support at the customer facing level of the organization just accountability to unsupported standards. No work life balance. No staffing. New initiatives come down and occupy you for a month and then are lost in the shuffle resulting in nothing but wasted time. Revolving door of leaders and ideas. Nothing sticks. Experimenting with different cultures and approaches just to leave them by the wayside: Disney experience, LEAN, six sigma, kaizen, talent development. All left by the wayside. Now they are in bankruptcy and wondering why. And the front lines carry the weight and consequence of incompetent leadership.
