Pros

It s a job and helps pays the bills for now. And the associate's are great people to work with.

Cons

The company doesn't pay you for what you are worth and they don't give bonuses or even Christmas gifts or parties. Even if you work full-time hours it is still a struggle to pay bills. Also they will cheat you out of your vacation hours if they can find a way to.

Pros

They have changed their culture to be more empathetic towards employees. Nexgen is a good system. Tech help is adequate.Good benefits and 401k plan.

Cons

Unnecessary paper work without reason sometimes.computer system is great but the speed is slow.not enough trained techs. Techs should be trained and paid enough to stay. There should be some floating techs.

Pros

Flexible/morning hours Sent to different stores when needed. Able to move up within the company.

Cons

Hours were cut constantly. Constant customer complains as most of the time there was only one cashier in this very busy store, specially during the holidays. Always pushed for more work, less hours, less staff, and almost no pay increase. No support from management.
