Pros

Peers easy to work with No accountability so you can get away with a lot

Cons

Corporate initiatives about respect but show no respect to individuals Company policies clearly written but failure to follow policies by upper management is not just overlooked its covered up when reported. Disrespect and failure to fall in line with the "good ol boy" culture is allowed and encouraged by upper management. Executives are striving to make all of Rite Aid an attractive purchase by making it a minimum wage employer, and all Associates part time so they will not be eligible for benefits or vacation. The entire company is being positioned to allow the executives to sell off the remaining portion of the business after the Walgreens purchase is completed. Turn over is way above industry standard due to poor working conditions and low wages

Pros

Working with alot of great people.. meeting people everyday! be able to build a team that's hard working and willing to get the job done!

Cons

Managers shouldn't have to work two nights a week. Not enough employees on a shift. Some great District Managers throughout the years.. however the last few will throw people under the bus, lye and cheat to cover their own but! cut throat job, however someone has to do it! I left on my own terms!
