Pros

The pay is decent. First year interns start at $11 then it increases $2 per year, so it'll be $17 during your fourth year of pharmacy school.

Cons

Even though you're an intern here, it's not guarantee a pharmacist job after graduation. They're cutting tech hours so it's usually short-staffed.

Pros

Not much here, they run off anyone trying to bring positive change to their company

Cons

Very little room for moving up and making a livable wage. I've dedicated 14 years and it's obvious higher ups are a scammer trying to line their pockets along with buddies. I ran a store as an acting manager for 3 months, very successful operation despite the intentional inside sabatage from disgruntled employees. The morning girl was no use since she was pregnant. As mentioned before, higher ups help one another, if aren't part of the script, you won't win even if you managed to remodel a store with your bare hands.
