Pros

Competitive health insurance. All employees get a 20% employee discount. Most managers have flexibility in scheduling. There is room for growth, if you desire to be in management.

Cons

Pay is lower compared to competition. Some store are undesirable locations. Shift Supervisor work by themselves often, due to low sales at some locations.

Human resource barely does her job. It's 10 to 630 with optional overtime. It's a union place they are terrible suppose to fight for you can't even get them on the phone and don't call back at all witch we have his personal cell.
