Pros

Great working environment and everyone was always so friendly. Definitely the most "mom and pop" of the big name retail pharmacies.

Cons

Even at full time, I wouldn't have been able to support myself. Too much is asked of employees and stress runs high. Lack of hours to give employees results in tasks not being completed and then higher management being upset.

Pros

was able to feed my family and pay the bills

Cons

long hours no lunch breaks no bathroom breaks management more interested in customer retention, forcing pharmacists to break control-substance laws.
