Pros

Computer system, it's a job and pays the bills

Cons

No double coverage of rphs in very busy stores . Keep cutting ancillary hours to save pennies. Chew you up and spit you out mentality . Supervisors don't care if quality people leave, they'll throw anyone in a situation and not care how it'll come out. Unrealistic demands just to show numbers to their bosses indicating positive growth.

Pros

Loved the people. Our district definitely had a close-knit atmosphere. We had a lot of employee morale building activities.

Cons

Limited upward mobility. Upper management is very far removed from reality. Very metrics-oriented. Benefits are less than industry standard.
