Pros

Great position that can amount for significant growth within the company. Position is self directed and independent. Associates are given the autonomy to partner with management teams in support of script growth initiatives and front end sales.

Cons

Limitations in regards to tools available to you (i.e. terminal/laptop). Program is currently hindered by the lack of resources available to Wellness Ambassador's in store. Job position requires very detailed introduction, knowledge base, and training (i.e. i would not recommend anyone external to the company apply to this position)
