Pros

20% off store items. Great health insurance. Overall a decent place to work.

Cons

Low pay. Sometimes you work with people who are uneducated. It really depends where you work, some locations have rude customers.

Pros

Good for young people to get into management.

Cons

Constantly rated by metrics. Micromanaged at every step. Although you are told there are "independent judgments" to be made, everything has to be approved from above. Company wants cookie cutter stores without regard to communities the units are located in. Payroll is always tight and consistently inadequate for what needs to be done. Company spouts core values but acts differently. No opportunity for advancement.
