Pros

As always, there are enjoyable customers, employees, and vendors that you can interact with.

Cons

No room for growth. When you say you want to move up, they use it against you constantly. You have to play the games to get noticed, have to kiss a lot of butt. They really do not care about how hard and well you can do the job.
