Pros

Working in Pharmacy is both challenging and fun, I really enjoy working in this field

Cons

Tech pay is low and management is basically useless. Their good pharmacists and techs are overworked while they allow others to do little to no work. Their floating staff is given little advance as to where they need to be and expect techs to travel on demand.

Pros

Always busy, constantly moving, you won't get bored. 20% employee discount

Cons

Always busy and understaffed, customers get rude when you ask them for ID when they're buying alcohol, underpaid employees, unrealistic work expectations, no time for breaks, constantly cutting hours. I worked at the only retail store in our county so we were constantly busy with not enough help.
