Enormous opportunity to succeed if you work with passion mixed with intelligence. Top management is approachable by all levels and will hear your issues and provide solutions

Cons

If you have a laid back approach towards work & if you are looking for a company to just survive and hide behind other, you will be fired in a year.

Pros

This company has been around for 60 years and has a very bright future. I know the Owner personally and he has made this company what it is today. If I ever move back to Ohio It would be an honor to work there again.

Cons

This company is for the people in all aspect. It has thrived to be better and better and employee services. I don't have anything bad to say about them.

Zero Job Security

Pros

Adequate insurance and that is about it. You can have an opportunity to advance, they have a current Supervisor who is barely literate and is in charge of millions of dollars of equipment. It is truly about being close to the right people.

Cons

Very poor pay. Job security based on politics not performance. I left of my own accord after 10 years for a better paying position and because even with stellar reviews and no discipline or coaching, I heard I was to be replaced by a newer managers choice from previous company.
