Pros

Financially stable with long history in the market. Lots of opportunities for advancement over time. International company. Good middle management level. State of the art manufacturing technology with continuous investment.

Cons

There a lack of understanding for the U.S. market in this German directed company. Numerous turn over in U.S. leadership and multiple changes in direction and strategy.

Pros

The best thing that Rittal has to offer is the company benefits.

Cons

There is no unity with the managers and above, for any significant decision making. Each department operates in their own world, with minimal care or concern for another department. Management is not focused on any specific or clear goals. They have no employee engagement opportunities and I often see other supervisors and managers talk down to the hourly workers or talking poorly behind other peoples back.
