If you work in the right department you couldn't ask for a better place to work.

Cons

Management is inexperienced and don't know how to actually manage their employees. Workplace environment is lackluster at best. The saying "it's not what you know, but who you know" is very well demonstrated in this company.

Ritter Communications is a great place to work. The work environment is almost always positive and my co-workers have always been a pleasure to work with. It's also very stable. Although there have been several changes to how things are done, management always walks us through it.

Cons

Not much room for advancement.
