Pros

Good benefits that help with the crappy pay.

Cons

Horribly underpaid, horrible management for helpdesk, and HR doesn't even try to help. The job was so stressful for no reason at all.

Pros

Great people in the department that are very helpful. Will learn loads of stuff. Benefits seem pretty good in general with a great 401k plan. Keeps you on your toes with challenges so it doesn't feel like you're doing the same thing over and over.

Cons

Tied to the phone, call center job taking customer calls all day. Must learn a wide spread of knowledge but aren't compensated for how much expertise you need to do the job effectively. Lackluster training, lacking in quantity and quality. Sparse PTO.
