Great benefits. Matching 401k to 6%. Year over year growth financial growth. Entering new markets each year.

Cons

Management is currently struggling with the sales and growth strategy. Salaries are typically very much below national averages. Very little process documentation or training available for technical positions.

I got to keep my job, for 3 months after the takeover. Good severance package.

Cons

At MTC people didn't leave unless they retired. It is a revolving door at Ritter. Even in higher management. They don't tell you that you did not get a job. Found out they filled it from other employees.

None that I can think of.

Cons

I worked at Ritter Communications for about 5 years, starting as a Helpdesk Technician and eventually becoming an ETAC. At first, everything was fine, but then it went downhill. They paid ETAC and NOC staff a small amount and expected senior-level work from them. As a result, many people left, but HR and senior management did not recognize this. It's unbelievable.
