Pros

If you would like overwork, low-pay, and no respect for your work, this would be the perfect place!

Cons

Pay is incredibly bad for any technical departments. I don't know how they don't understand this but this company is a tech company. Yet, they pay nothing to us analysts, engineers and IT. They praise customer support, marketing, sales, service delivery and other non-technical departments and pay them a lot more than us. Don't get me wrong tho, they deserve for what they do but we also deserve what we are worth for. Because of this, employee turnover is so high for technical departments. Yet, they still don't pay us enough. They will figure it out when there is no technical person left in this company.

Pros

None If you are in Sales, Marketing, Customer service etc, you might be ok.

Cons

1. Most of engineers and analysts in technical departments are underpaid and heavily overworked. 2. Ritter became "farmhouse" for other companies which are willing to pay more for qualified employees. When we brought this up to management / HR, they kept ignoring, pretending that employees were happy. For the last few years, a lot of engineers left for better opportunities because of that. 3. They added extra work on Network Operations and gave no raise whatsoever.

Pros

There is none to be honest.

Cons

First, engineers and analysts are overworked. To give you an example, you are assigned several medium-large projects and expected to work alone and then they will give you minimum payment for all the work that is supposed to be worked by several roles. Second, our network is called a sales-driven network. This means that sales, marketing and other non-technical departments push all the orders to you because they get bonus for doing that. Of course they don't care about how long it takes to build complex network. They want you to build the service right away. To make it worse, our senior management supports it because "it brings money". Lastly, a lot of software we use is outdated. so there is no way to improve the overall process such as automation.
