Great experience, horrible pay

Pros

The Ritz Carlton teaches branding and professionalism very well. When it's on your resume it really helps you land credibility for future jobs. Great benefit of Marriott discount.

Cons

Horrible pay, $19/hr for a senior coordinator. 30 minute clock in and out break. No flexibility with PTO. Senior leaders enjoy remote work while managers are on property every day and are alarmed if they swipe in 1 minute late.
