Pros

Ok wages for P/T positions

Cons

management is taking every opportunity to fire full timers over the smallest of mistakes to avoid the cost of benefits. they should be offering P/T non benefit positions to these employees and allow them to continue working. They have ruined several peoples lives in the last year as there are no similar opportunities in town. Employees fear "who's next"

Pros

If you can get hired full time (promises, promises), OK pay and benefits. Prestige.

Cons

Cutting positions through "loopholes" No Job security. Expectation to satisfy sometimes unsatisfyable guests. Lack of real respect and value of employees despite lots of propaganda to convince you otherwise. Favoritism toward managers. Harrassment and threats by management. Not a lot of smiling coworkers except new hires who haven't been abused yet.
