Pros

I worked in Ritz Carlton Shanghai, offered free hotel room accommodation. Different from other hotels with intense working hours, it was only 8 working hour with shift as other hotels do.

Cons

No salary for interns who chose hotel accommodation, and although my working hour was flexible it is different from outlet to outlet, excess discrimination between local staff and foreign managers.
