Pros

The position gave me the opportunity for growth, education, networking, travel, and on site training. I met wonderful people through the years, the pay was good and amazing benefits.

Cons

Work life balance with small children but thats with any hotel job considering they are open 365 days/ year. Leadership changes often meant changes in job description, expectations and overall atmosphere at work.

Pros

Opportunity to work with industry leaders. Learn five-star customer service skills that translate to any industry. Excellent training and environment that insists on and instills quality.

Cons

Most positions may require working nights, weekends, and holidays. To move up within the company (as is true for most hotels), candidates must be able to relocate.
