Pros

Work with amazing people at a beautiful property, constantly learning new things, a chance to say you work for the finest resort in town

Cons

Consistently understaffed, complete lack of communication between managers, below average pay, ridiculous hours, inconsistent overall.

Pros

Have high end OS&E, that fits with the ritz carlton standard of old school luxury. But can feel outdated for younger people

Cons

Can be unorganized, as well they don't look after all the ladies and gentlemen. A bit surprised a 5 star hotel operates this poorly, compared to other top hotels
