Excellent management and limitless possibilities to grow within the company. Great training programs as well as a sincere staff at hand.

Cons

Work life balance can be difficult to manage. But you are in the hospitality industry, so this should not come as a surprise.

Great opportunity to move up in the company and a great way to meet guests from all over the world.

Management changes often and is not consistent with upholding rules or values. Management overworks their employees and lets good, hard workers go, while promoting people who are inexperienced or undeserving.
