Pros

The benefits are excellent. Heavily discounted hotel stays around the world. Good health insurance benefits too. An overall good work environment.

Cons

The guests can have high expectations. Management also has high expectations. The pay is not great. The company does always promote from within.

Pros

Worked both part time and some full time as a server. Money had potential to be good. Ability to move up within department was there, however in order to move departments it was more challenging and you had to start out at the lower end-even if you had previous qualifications. Also they had full benefits if you worked full time which was wonderful.

Cons

Schedule was unpredictable, working holidays, very long nights some times, ugly uniforms
