Pros

Great Culture, Excellent Benefits, Structured well, Opinions Valued, Guests are not always right! Compared to other hotel brands, Ritz-Carlton is the best! Treated with respect and appreciated for your hard work. Excellent training and managers will help you move up in the company if you are willing to put in the time and energy! Wonderful experience!

Cons

High Expectations! Guests can be very demanding.

Pros

Great money. Cool people. Lots of excercise. The parties we had were fantastic. Got to drive some amazing cars.

Cons

Training. Not flexible with my school schedule. I would tell them 3 months in advance that I needed a day off and it wouldn't be granted.
