Pros

Transfer and lateral service opportunities. Commitment to training and education. It is a very professional environment to work in, the ladies and gentlemen of the Ritz-Carlton are a wonderful group to work with. People recognize and are intrigued by the name when you tell them where you work.

Cons

Incompetent leaders are able to stick around for a very long time. High turnover amongst many different departments due to both transfer and from leaving the company.
