Pros

Free lunch every day, they are strategically very cutting edge and the five star banquets are amazing. From my experience managers are encouraged to be mentors to help employees get to where they want to be. Also left overs from banquets are the best.

Cons

You have to schmooze your way into promotions and it really helps if you receive a 5 star award, if you can get it. Also there is a lot of turn around for line level employees.

Pros

The Job is fun. You are learning a lot because you "empowered" to make decisions, and after a mistake you have to learn how to not do the same mistake.

Cons

A lot of stress although, for results, guest engagement several issues with guests and employees.
