Pros

The Ladies and Gentlemen working there with the complete Guidance Team. Development plans and genuine care of the employees. A lot of diversity.

Cons

High turnover and high cost of life. Pay is in USD and life on island is in KYD thus there is a foreign exchange loss in every transaction.
