Pros

Hotelier works hard but always are low paid in any country. The Ritz-Carlton is the best place to be if you want to proceed with your burning passion for service and fantastic coworkers. This will be your second home. You'll get to meet with many guests, and learn to grow into a true ladies and gentlemen.

Cons

If you are looking for high pay, it would be the wrong place to be looking into. But be confident that you'll wall out of this place with much more than good salary. Long, but exciting hours of work.
