Pros

Accommodation, transportation, and food at work is provided. 50% of the colleagues are genuinely nice. Guests are mostly business guests and want things fast. Beautiful hotel. Diversed workplace with over 69 nationalities but mostly Indians, Filipinos, Russians, Pakistanis, and Chinese. Brand is very good on resume,

Cons

Food is horribly cooked and only caters to Indians. Management especially managers at front of house obviously has favoritism. Not much recognition for the effort of EVERY employee who does well but recognition is constantly given to favorites. Hiring manager needs to make sure to monitor good and bad employees. Other 50% of the colleagues are perverts, Mostly Indians, which makes it very uncomfortable workplace.
