Pros

Training and team management was pretty good. You will be able to learn best client service tactics and the skills will be very useful if you work for client related jobs after.

Cons

some had to deal with consecutive night shifts like 6 days. The salary is just o.k. although the job roles requires very high standard and very demanding.
