Pros

you get to meet a diversity of people who are treated with respect as Ritz-Carlton's and Marriot's (who are actually the same company) motto is "we are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen" from what i remember there was also great advancement available within the company

Cons

constant company meetings to review their credo, and internal information. had a meeting prior to starting work there, which is great and understandable. then 2 weeks after i started the position, 2 weeks after that, then 3 months after my start date. and then was scheduled to come in for the same basic review of company policies every 3 months. it was a bit much.

Pros

The Job is fun. You are learning a lot because you "empowered" to make decisions, and after a mistake you have to learn how to not do the same mistake.

Cons

A lot of stress although, for results, guest engagement several issues with guests and employees.
