Pros

The Ritz-Carlton company gives it's employees the empowerment to create a memorable experience to it's guests and the sense of belonging. They also provide great opportunity in career growth to each and every employee.

Cons

The level of employee committment required is very high, thus you may work beyond your usual working hours.

Pros

Great philosophy and Company ethics. Good organization of work process. Respect from management. Lateral service which provides opportunity to gain exposure in all areas of operation.

Cons

A lot of unfair treatment in this particular hotel. Different salaries given to people with same positions based on nationality, no respect for personal life, very poor or rather none work life balance. Very political management
