employees can not well deliver the services. It takes long time to get promoted and long working hours with low pay

Great growth potential both within RC and across brands, still the best luxury hotel provider in the world. A lot of great people to work with.

Cons

Culture isn't the same post-recession, management levels vastly reduced, a lot more integration with Marriott at a corporate level.
