Pros

The Ritz-Carlton always offers higher compensation then their competition. The company is focused on development of each of their employees. Great Benefits.

Cons

At the moment the industry is limited for career growth. There are a lot of budget cuts in the luxury hospitality at the moment.

Pros

Ok wages for P/T positions

Cons

management is taking every opportunity to fire full timers over the smallest of mistakes to avoid the cost of benefits. they should be offering P/T non benefit positions to these employees and allow them to continue working. They have ruined several peoples lives in the last year as there are no similar opportunities in town. Employees fear "who's next"

Pros

It is a place where employees are treated very well and respected. We have an amazing reputation and you can really grow your career. You can work in many places around the world and the culture is unlike any other place I have ever worked. A housekeeper is respected as much as a manager.

Cons

Hospitlaity is an industry with long hours and odd schedules sometimes but it is worth it.
