They hire virtual employees from different Latin American countries, offering competitive salaries that allow for a comfortable lifestyle in their home countries. They also provide bonuses and a bit of flexibility.
Cons
The administrative team, including HR and the COO, is extremely toxic. They have caused several issues within the company. If you say anything about them, they take it personally and will do everything they can to push you out. It’s incredibly difficult to work with people like that.
