-Excellent culture -Small/nimble company, new ideas welcome -President’s door is always open -Employees are valued -Growth/promotes from within -Smart and friendly people – people work hard but also have fun

Some of the people were nice and competent.

Cons

Absolutely inept management made each workday a new hellscape. Shady hiring and firing made turnover frequent, resulting in an unstable and volatile environment. The people at the top need to learn their own trade instead of pinning failures on their direct reports.
