Pros

- Remote work (although seems it is shifting, depending on role) - There are a lot of very knowledgeable people at this company that know a lot about their Investor Relations; you can learn a lot. - Great portfolio of clients.

Cons

- While leaders can have a full understanding of IR, some lack key leadership skills, as they have never lead a team in the past. - CEO can be very easily influenced by management. - No diversity in company, people come from very similar backgrounds. Diversity is VERY lacking, take a look at their website and look at their team pictures. - GuideLign division goes through far too many management and employee changes, their team for this service is so inconsistent - consistently having restructures in that team, resulting in a lack of the quality of service and knowledge. -

Pros

I am at an organization that makes me feel valued/appreciated and has great company culture. My colleagues are encouraging and are open to ideas/suggestions. There are many opportunities for growth and cross-collaboration.

Cons

None that come to mind. I am grateful to hone my skills in the field I am in.
