Pros

Rivel, Inc. is an incredible company to work for. In my time here, I have been able to excel into an avid member of the IR community. Additionally, I have been able to take tasks and truly make them my own. Taking pride in my work is something I do daily and Rivel praises every little task you may complete. Additionally, the culture here is absolutely unreal. We truly are one big family and it is awesome to call your colleagues a second family.

Pros

Very welcoming environment even as a remote worker. They very much respect the work/life balance and are very nurturing to new hires, so the stress of learning is minimal.

Pros

Flexible workdays/hours Constantly collecting feedback from employees on how to make company-wide improvements Positive changes to company benefits, time off, etc after listening to employee request and needs I truly feel my opinions and concerns are received and considered

Cons

As a quickly growing smaller company, a lot of employees wear many hats to support the workload. But management is always looking for new ways to make improvements and hire the right people to help.
