Pros

Legitimately none that I can think of, terrible all around

Cons

Zero growth opportunities, terrible pay if you look at market data despite the fact that they always say they offer "competitive salaries" which is not true, a culture of favoritism, zero accountability and transparency from management, not a place to work at if you value long-term career and personal growth, extremely boring work, lackluster benefits offering compared to other companies

Pros

-Employees are extremely knowledgeable in the IR space & welcoming -Remote work/even with remote working, the ability to get close to coworkers is great -General employees make this company great -Varied client list -Good hours/work life balance

Cons

-Extremely top heavy company -Upper management does not know their own products thus creating issues when changing things they are not knowledgeable in leading to poor, not thought out decisions across the board -Changes made are continuous band-aids, nothing to address root problems -Ever changing processes -Too loose with clients

Pros

Fantastic opportunity for those committed to learn and further their careers. Never worked at a company as truly committed to it's values and it's employees regardless of position, tenure, or any other aspect. Rivel is a family and this comes through each and every day from the CEO throughout the organization.

Cons

Rivel is always measuring and assessing itself. No business is perfect, but Rivel has incredible employee engagement, listens to the responses, adjusts as reasonable and required to create a fantastic environment.
