It's a place where if you have talent and produce for them you will be noticed. The company has grown, but not so much were individual efforts are lost on management. There is a focus on doing things the Rivel way, which can cut both ways, but generally the things they are asking for are not out of line with what is generally expected in a consulting environment. Culture is important to them evident by efforts to celebrate each other's successes. Keeping the culture is a current challenge, yielding people and purpose committees, mentorship programs and plenty of employee surveys. Employee feedback seems to be heeded. Adapted to the "new normal" fairly well with flex work from home policies.

Clearly defined objectives with quarterly and 6-month reviews. • Management is very understanding and flexible with the return to office policy. • There are multiple opportunities to get to know and work with people at all levels of the company. • Employees are given the opportunity to join various committees and groups working to better the culture of Rivel; manage philanthropy efforts and charitable giving; support diversity and inclusion and other important employee initiatives.
