A company that offers a great Work/Life Balance that is challenging and rewarding at the same time. Riverbed dominates it's market because it is full of smart / funny / energized people delivering a great product people really find value in.

Open atmosphere, everyone is happy to be here and happy to help. Still relatively new, it is expected to take a few months to get up to speed and the managers understand this.

Cons

Onboarding info could be better, but that is one time use really. We are growing quickly and also changing development styles so things will operate much smoother down the road
