      Company no longer growing rapidly Office space not as exciting as other hot tech companies

      Worst place to work as a QA Engineer, however good place to be a system developer

      Pros

      Good place to have work life balance. Awesome culture. If you want to be a developer on the system side, this could be a good place to start.

      Cons

      This is not the right company to be a QA Engineer. Worst ever middle managers who play dirty politics , just for the sake of being in the company for "n" number of years they dont even care to listen or trust the junior or entry level engineers. Need to follow blindly what ever developer say. No proper learning curve for QA engineers. Cant grow up easily if ur QA engineer, rather than developer where there is larger scope and people with in the development appreciate the work

      Pros

      * Free snack bar * Free food (sometimes) * Good people * Good gift at Christmas time.

      Cons

      * Managers/Directors has lots of power (Which they misuse) * Commute ( Not allowed to work from Sunnyvale office) * No way to make money apart from your base salary * Yearly appraisal are totally in manager's hand, he can screw you (which he did to me) * Managers never let employee write the goals and objective and its on their discretion. * Be ready for the surprises in appraisal * Never trust your managers * No fun at work place, People just come and work they never interact with each other. * Never join the Pilot QA group (Bad Manager and no visibility)
