Pros

Extremly fast paced company with excellent solutions and products having a high impact on how IT infrastructure operate globally. The products are solving business problems which will never go away - regardless of technology used within an IT infrastructure. Lot of knowledge is available within the company and colleagues are very supportive.

Cons

Given the size of the company there is actually too much politics going on between some geos - this is a waste of time and creates uncertainty. The company is at a stage where it needs to change to be ready for the next growth step - more planning and open communication / guidance would help

Pros

very nice technology very nice and skilled people sharing of informations without problems comfortable with managers high management is friendly with all others

Cons

not seen yet because i for for Riverber technology for only 3 weeks, but doesnt loook to have many cons. if i need to find something, maybe they could give the company car, but its not a problem at all
