      Pros

      Fantastic technology married with fantastic execution on nearly all fronts. Worth staying just to work with the team (so qualified!). And in the city, what more could one ask for. Ok, I sound like a fanboi, but very pleased.

      Cons

      Will get enough rope to hang yourself...if you dont want to work hard, work for a 10,000 person company, not a small one. Certainly some growing pains as transitions from single product company to multi-product company.

      Pros

      Riverbed sells Innovative products, our team in Vienna is great. I am paid a good salary and have the opportunity to work with the best people in the market. The job has new and different challenges every day. I have been given the chance to grow and contribute Whenever possible you get the change to move your position within the company. I have been working here for 3 years and have never been bored or dissatisfied.

      Well managed, smart fun colleagues, with a supportive culture. Riverbed continues to innovate while maintaining its position as a leader in the WAN optimization space.

      Cons

      Little structure regarding promotion and advancement. Compensation is on the low end of the range by position.
