      Top Tier WAN Optimization Company, Flexible Hours, relaxed environment

      Pay ranges are not competitive no comp structure i.e, grade leveling, bonus encentive programs

      Great when the stock is going up.... but career advancement is a political act, not achievement based

      Pros

      Stock appreciation! When the stock price is going up, you can make money. Raises and internal promotions are much harder to come by.

      Cons

      Workload can be huge, and mgmt will typically just put more work on those who are good, while being very slow to replace folks who are not. The controller at riverbed for years was a nightmare, but stayed on well passed the point of adding value.... not as true in other parts of the organization.
